All deadlines close at 23:59 (local time).

- Notification of acceptance: February 27, 2026
- Abstracts must be written in English and submitted in the prescribed format.
- Maximum length: 300 words (excluding title and authors).
- Include full names, affiliations, and contact emails of all authors.

Submit Abstract and Registration formFull-text Submission
Full-text Special Issue Journal Submission- Selected abstracts will be invited to submit a full-text manuscript for consideration in a Special Issue of the CTU Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Development (Scopus-indexed).
- All submitted full-text manuscripts will undergo the journal’s standard peer-review process.
- The full-text submission timeline will be announced after abstract acceptance.
- Manuscripts must strictly comply with the journal’s formatting, structure, and reference guidelines.
- Publication and processing fees are to be covered by the authors, in accordance with the journal’s policies.
Poster Preparation & Submission
Poster Submission- Poster size: 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H), portrait orientation.
- Title and authors must match the submitted abstract.
- Text and illustrations should be legible from 2 meters.
- All posters must be submitted in PowerPoint (PPT) using the official template.
Oral Presentation – Slide Submission
Oral Submission- Slide format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), 16:9 (Widescreen).
- Ensure the title and authors match the accepted abstract.
- Recommended: use high-contrast colors and font sizes readable in a large hall.
- Please submit your file before the deadline for verification.
