Authors will receive acceptance notifications and presentation type details via email.

All deadlines close at 23:59 (local time).

Abstract Submission
  • Deadline: January 31, 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: February 15, 2026
  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted in the prescribed format.
  • Maximum length: 300 words (excluding title and authors).
  • Include full names, affiliations, and contact emails of all authors.

Guidelines for Authors

Guidelines Authors
  • Follow the CTU Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Development author instructions.
  • Manuscript format, section order, figures/tables, and reference style must comply.
  • Submit the full paper in the prescribed journal format (DOC/DOCX or LaTeX if available).
  • Ensure corresponding author’s email and affiliation are clearly indicated.

Poster Preparation & Submission

Poster Submission
  • Poster size: 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H), portrait orientation.
  • Title and authors must match the submitted abstract.
  • Text and illustrations should be legible from 2 meters.
  • All posters must be submitted in PowerPoint (PPT) using the official template.

Oral Presentation – Slide Submission

Oral Submission
  • Slide format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), 16:9 (Widescreen).
  • Ensure the title and authors match the accepted abstract.
  • Recommended: use high-contrast colors and font sizes readable in a large hall.
  • Please submit your file before the deadline for verification.
