08:00 – 09:00 Depart by boat to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, one of the largest and most vibrant floating markets in the Mekong Delta.
• Enjoy the sunrise over the Hau River.
• Observe local traders selling fruits, vegetables, and breakfast items directly from their boats.
• Try local coffee, pineapple, or noodle soup served on floating boats.
09:00 – 09:30 Transfer to Con Son Islet, known for its community-based eco-tourism.
09:30 – 11:00 Explore the island with a local guide:
• Walk or bike through fruit orchards.
• Visit homestays and interact with local families.
• Participate in making traditional cakes or learn about “flying snakehead fish” feeding show.
11:00 – 12:30 Have lunch at a local homestay restaurant, featuring Mekong Delta specialties such as fried elephant ear fish, sour soup, and fresh fruits.
12:30 – 14:30 Continue exploring Con Son: visit a fruit garden (rambutan, longan, pomelo) or enjoy a short boat trip around the canals.
